Description:
The Electrical Safe Work Practices for Grill Technicians course is designed to meet the minimum mandated training requirements specified in OSHA 29 CFR 1910 Subpart S. This course addresses electrical hazards and safe work practices necessary for working on the energized, exposed electrical parts of Taylor® or Garland® grills. Upon completion of the program students are eligible to be accepted into a Taylor® or Garland® Grill Certification Program.

Grill Technician Electrical Safety Tool Kit
While purchase of the tool kit is not required for registration in this course, failure of the owner-operator to supply and employees to utilize this equipment is in direct violation with OSHA regulations. This tool kit includes the electrical safety equipment mandated for use by OSHA for commercial grill service technicians. Students will learn the significance and proper use of these tools in the classroom.
