Course Description
Course Objectives:
This course is designed to meet the minimum mandated training requirements specified on OSHA 29 CFR Subpart S.
Upon completion of this course, the participant should be able to:
- Define the hazards of electricity
- Discuss the causes of electrical accidents
- Describe protective equipment and procedures for safe electrical work
Who Should Attend
Clamshell grill maintenance personnel classified as "Qualified" who will be working on energized, exposed electrical parts operating at over 50 volts.
Prerequisites
Planning to attend a Taylor® or Garland® Grill Certification Program. Upon completion of the program students are eligible to be accepted into a Taylor® or Garland® Grill Certification Program.

Upon completion of this program, students receive a certificate of completion and wallet card. The certificate will be valid for the length of the vendor certification.
