If you as an owner\operator currently provides and maintains all the specified OSHA REQUIRED ELECTRICAL SAFETY EQUIPMENT for the technician (insulated gloves, insulated tools, amperage meter, and lock out \ tag out kit) the owner/operator and the technician acknowledge that during registration you will be only selecting the safety course of "tuition" only.
If all your specified OSHA REQUIRED ELECTRICAL SAFETY EQUIPMENT for the technician (insulated gloves, insulated tools, amperage meter, and lock out \ tag out kit) is not provided or maintained then you will need to select this option of "tuition and tool kit".
